Terms
Last updated
Vestigia is a working colour studio. These terms explain the basis on which you can use it, save your work and explore ideas.
The service
Vestigia is a project by Vena Amoris, operated by Schoen LTD, Gladstonos 12–14, 8046 Paphos, Cyprus. Contact ops@vena-amoris.co with questions about these terms. They apply to your use of Vestigia.
The current service is an early version for colour browsing, personal collections and garment visualisation. Features may change or be limited while it develops. No paid subscription is currently offered. Any future paid plan will have its price, scope and terms presented before you purchase it; creating an account does not start a paid subscription.
Your account and use
Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in links private. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not bypass access controls or usage limits, interfere with other users, upload malicious files, or use the service unlawfully.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns or legal requirements. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.
Colour and garment references
Screen colours, swatch images and 3D previews are guides. Screens, lighting, materials and rendering affect their appearance. They are not calibrated colour matches, fabric simulations, patterns or production specifications. Confirm colour and construction with physical samples and appropriate professional checks before manufacturing.
AI-generated geometry may omit details or introduce errors. Review generated models before relying on them; a visual preview does not establish manufacturability, fit or ownership rights.
Your photos and models
You retain the rights you hold in material you provide. Only upload material you own or have permission to use, including permission for processing by the providers involved. Avoid uploading personal or sensitive information that is not needed for the garment preview.
You permit us and the necessary service providers to store, copy and process that material only as needed to provide, secure and support the features you request. We do not acquire ownership of your designs. Generated outputs may be subject to third-party rights and applicable model-provider terms; we do not promise exclusivity or clearance for commercial use.
Photo generation currently has restricted account access and usage limits. Read the submission notice before generating. How files are handled is explained in our Privacy statement.
Pantone and other third-party material
Pantone names, colour references, imagery and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Vestigia is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Pantone. Displaying material here does not give you a licence to reproduce, redistribute or resell a third-party colour library, imagery or trademarks.
Any use beyond rights you already hold requires permission from the relevant rights holder. These terms do not expand those rights.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in operating Vestigia, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free previews or permanent storage. Keep your own copies of important work. Local models may be lost if you clear browser data or change devices.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by treating visual references as production approvals, or for indirect business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Leaving, changes and applicable law
You can stop using Vestigia at any time. Contact us to request account closure or permanent deletion; removing a collection in the interface is currently recoverable, as explained in the Privacy statement.
We will publish changes to these terms with an updated date and give reasonable notice of material changes where practical. New fees require a separate purchase decision. These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without removing mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers in their country of residence.
